Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to schedule preventative care visits for
Medicare Advantage patients
Engage with insurance companies to assist patients with insurance
updates
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining
accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Ability to adapt in a changing environment
