Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage
tutoring operations and enhance student and teacher
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet student and teacher
needs
Assign teachers and tutors to courses, ensuring satisfaction and
availability
Provide customer service support to students and parents across all
programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in operations, customer/client services, or related
roles
Experience in test preparation, academic support, or online
education is a plus
Ability to manage time and work remotely
Modern tech fluency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
tools
