Job Description:
A company is looking for a Worklife Customer Support Associate
for their Employee Assistance Program.
Key Responsibilities
Support members in accessing employee assistance and behavioral
health benefits
Coordinate and document member inquiries and services in the
appropriate systems
Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards while
protecting member confidentiality
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service and call center experience
1 year of experience in a social, psychological, or human service
field providing client support
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel,
Teams, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred: 1 year of Behavioral Health experience and a Bachelor's
degree or equivalent experience
