Using the nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation-the RN ensures comprehensive care for patients and their families. This role involves delegating, supervising, documenting care, and providing patient education. Effective communication with the healthcare team is essential, along with actively identifying and implementing solutions to address patient care variances.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
  • Provide and supervise a wide range of professional nursing services.
  • Monitor and assess patients in a telemetry setting, responding to changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.Qualifications & Experience:Required:
    • Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Current Michigan RN licensure.Schedule & Work Environment:
      • 13-week contract.
