• Employment Type: TravelJob Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizing the nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation-the RN ensures comprehensive care for patients and their families. This role includes delegation, supervision, documentation, and effective communication with the healthcare team. The RN also participates in problem-solving to address variances in patient goals and ensures the implementation of appropriate solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
  • Provide and supervise a wide range of professional nursing services.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
  • Monitor patients in a telemetry setting and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Qualifications & Experience:Required:
    • Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Current Michigan RN licensure.Schedule & Work Environment:
      • 13-week contract.
      • Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
