Job Description:

Location: Northwestern Ohio, the second largest city in Northwest Ohio and one of few in the region where the population is currently growing. About 47 miles south of Toledo, 108 miles north of Dayton, and 137 miles west of Akron! Facility: Hospital offering a wide range of medical services and specialties, including emergency care, surgical services, maternity care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and rehabilitation services. Opportunity:

• Traditional Schedule: Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote) + 1:4 inpatient call OR Alternative Schedule: 3-12's, week on/off, etc. + inpatient call will be considered
• 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate
• Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs
• Chemo certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration
• Onsite Services: Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Lab and Pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite), Genetic Counseling, Clinical & Financial Navigation, Nutrition Services, Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry, GYN-Oncology, Social Work
• Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI
