Job Description:
Spravato Coordinator position now available in our Ann Arbor
center offering the opportunity to manage the care of Spravato
(esketamine) patients as they seek treatment for depression.Primary
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing physician
and technician schedules related to Spravato treatments.Obtaining
prior authorizations for new patientsMaintaining authorizations for
active patients.Assisting technicians with patient care and
medication ordering from various pharmacies to each
center.Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits
etc.Auditing Spravato Charts as neededAssisting with Spravato
consults as neededProviding a safe and therapeutic environment for
daily treatment sessionsOffice administrative tasks such as
answering phones, maintaining office organization, managing leads,
reporting statistical activity to center manager, collecting
copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with
HIPAAMinimum Qualifications:At least 1 year experience as Certified
Medical Assistant, Medication Technician, or Nursing Assistant with
experience working with authorizations for medication required2
years mental/behavioral health experience preferredBachelor's
degree preferred or a HS Diploma or Associate's degree PLUS Medical
Assistant certification/licensure and experience requiredMedical
Insurance experience requiredPreferred Experience and
Qualifications:Previous experience with administering controlled
substance preferred, but not requiredPrevious TMS and/or Spravato
administration experience preferred, but not requiredPrior EMR/EHR
Experience preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft
Office applicationsBilling software knowledgeClinical
InterviewingBasic Life Support CertificationPrevious experience

timeThis position will be located in our Ann Arbor center but may
be asked to fill in regionally, as needed. We are looking for
someone with flexibility to work during any of our hours of
operation (7am - 7pm). Our coordinators work 8-hour daily shifts
but schedules will vary depending on our patients' needs.We offer a
competitive pay range of $21-24/hour(based on education level and
prior experience) PLUS a generous benefits package including 401(k)
with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision
