Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Mobility
to provide ongoing support and service to clients in the mobility
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients while addressing
their needs and requirements
Manage the onboarding process for new clients and assist with daily
requests
Cross-sell additional services and ensure customer satisfaction to
increase retention
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledgeable in the telecommunication and wireless/mobility
industry
Experienced with ticket systems/CRM such as Salesforce and
Zendesk
Adept with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Organized and able to manage time effectively
